Since opening in August 2007 Veterans Elementary School has had a very diverse student population, a dedicated staff, and active parents who are committed to excellence at our school.  We believe that our school represents the essence of the Maryland Green Schools Program.  Environmental education is integrated into the curriculum from our RECC program through fifth grade.
